Main Event Tucson

First time going to Main Event a few days ago with my wife and daughter, we usually go to Dave n Busters but we decided to try something new. Mistake! We walked in and they have self serve options to getting cards for arcade use. Not a big deal but our promo code would not go through again not a big deal, what was a big deal is that it took 10 mins of walking around the place to find an employee that could help. We finally found someone and she was very friendly so I was willing to let it go and have a good time. The prices were a little high and the game were expensive, I didn't think they had the best games selection. So we ran through our $80 game play quickly and headed to the prize area, the whole team was there having some kind of meeting and not one hello or welcome. we chose a few things for my 6 year old and headed to the counter to redeem our points, ROME was there to greet us with a horrible haircut and a face like he would rather be anywhere else. We were short 5 points to get a candy we had picked out and he said you don't have enough, so I asked if I could pay the difference and he just looked at me annoyed and said "nope". And its fine if you cant but the attitude was so terrible. We left with never having any intentions of going back. I never do reviews but I was so disappointed with the people more then the place. I work in customer service and I always like to give people good experiences by just having a positive attitude and being attentive to the customers needs, the people there definitely need to be re-trained. As we walked away my wife and I said thank you and he just stayed quiet. And that was that.

Went for some family fun on a Saturday. Went around the 11am slot. Waited about 20 min for a lane of bowling. Great atmosphere the lanes were nice, seating area clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Got the loaded fries for an appetizer it was very good. Tried the extra thick pepperoni pizza, the crust was way too dry and lacked any flavor. Regardless of the pizza we had a great time bowling and playing tons of video games. Worth the money .

Wings and fries were both good. Good wing flavors to choose from. I feel like a "wing platter" should include more than 6 wings, but maybe that's just me. Thus, the value of the meal was less than desirable. Daniel at the bowling alley was really nice and gave me a thorough rundown of the facilities, pricing, etc... Bella was a great server and got our orders out quickly! Likely to return if there's a suitable event.

it was very fun I really enjoyed myself at main event I could be there everyday and the food was amazing there I loved it and the people there were nice there and helpful the only thing is that when I first walk in I didn't know what I was supposed to do and a women that worked there she finally came up to me and ask what I wanted to do I didn't understand her very well so, I figured it out on my own but other than that I had a wonderful time although I had a seizure later that evening and I got support but no one called me the day after if I was alright but its okay, it was a fun amazing experience I had in my life there I can not wait to go there again now I know what to do at the main event it will be a blast the next time I go thank you for building main event its a beautiful fun place to be. 🤍💚💙💜😊 😁 😃😃

We've been there several times and our kiddos love love love this place. Angelica helps me keep my circus as organized as one possible could in the winner's choice area. Thank you from the deepest part of my well of sanity. Manny was so helpful when we had our children's birthday party. He helped manage the party so I could play too. I did the least amount of work for this party than any other birthday party we've had. I've left out the wonderful women that helped me plan the party. I apologized I have forgotten their names. They explained everything and helped me stay within my budget. My favorite thing I asked what should I ask about or plan for that I didn't. They broke down everything which helped me manage expectations with our kiddos. This helped so they didn't get overwhelmed by all the choices and could do everything. My kiddos loved this party more than all their others. I plan to use them next year however that will depend on what they (our kiddos ) want. Marie, the manager, is always so kind, anytime I see her there.
